You can use sipkom to operate two terminal devices on one SIP account. In this case, both devices will ring at the same time. The first person to answer will receive the call. Alternatively, you can use multiple "circuits" in a terminal device that can administer multiple accounts (e.g. Fritz!Box Fon).

An additional advantage of this feature is that you do not need to reroute calls to your WLAN SIP phone for example (UTStarcom F1000 mobile phone or Nokia E series). If you take your mobile SIP phone with you and you have logged in at a café or hotel via WLAN, and there is an incoming call, both your telephone system at home and WLAN mobile SIP phone will ring. However, only one outgoing call can be made, as the prepaid account is blocked for the duration of the conversation.
