When making payment by bank transfer, please proceed as follows:
Set up a sipkom customer account (registration , 4932..., loading €0.00). You will then receive a sipkom 4932... number, which is your personal number.

Perform a bank transfer, e.g. for €100.00 and enter your sipkom 4932... number and name. As soon as the transfer has been credited to our account, we will credit this amount to your sipkom customer account. You will see this in the customer area under the menu item EVN (in the customer area).

If you now require a local number for example, please communicate this to us using the contact form. We will set up the corresponding service for you and charge the amount to your customer account.
