Payment procedures
Costs for additional options (prices incl. VAT) are charged separately. This leaves your credit account untouched while your phone calls are billed precisely by the minute. Online booking and use of the rate option "up 1000" runs interactively via our homepage.
Termination
After your booking and receipt of payment sipkom up 1000 will be activated for one month and does not need to be terminated. For example, the period of use runs from the time of booking on 02/09 at 12:00 am until 02/10 at 11:59 am. Thereafter you do make use of your standard sipkom rates.
Credit
Call volume which has not been used up lapses after expiry of the billing month.
Minute intervals
Calls are billed by the minute. Only every started minute counts.
